Join us in this new session of our Breads of the World series and celebrate Lunar New Year by making the perfect bao bun or baozi. These steamed buns are super versatile and perfect for any occasion. Mexican baker Eliceo Lara will guide you in this virtual bilingual class so you can prepare this Chinese bread at home. 

Participants must provide their own ingredients and tools. No oven needed- these buns can be steamed in a large pot or a steamer.
