Come learn ancient and modern techniques such as yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, and mindful breathing, that can help you manage life stressors. Become more attuned to your body, build confidence in your movements, and take a moment to breath and meditate with us. Please wear loose clothing for moving in and choose a quiet location.
