La pizza, con la masa recubierta con jitomate y queso, fue inventada en Nápoles. Antes del año 1700, ya existían los panes planos, pero nunca fueron cubiertos y combinados con otros ingredientes. 
                                
Acompáñanos en esta clase virtual, donde el panadero mexicano Eliceo Lara, compartirá sus secretos para que aprendas a  elaborar Pizza Napolitana y conozcas sus orígenes. 
 
Los participantes deben proporcionar sus propios ingredientes y herramientas, y tener acceso a un horno.

In any of its forms, bread is delicious and loved around the world!  
 
Pizza was invented in Naples. Before the 1700s, flatbreads already existed, but they were never covered and combined with other ingredients. 
 
Join us in this virtual class, where Mexican baker Eliceo Lara, will share his secrets on how to make Neapolitan Pizza and talk about the origins of this bread.
