Explore
the stories of Hispanic Americans in Northern Colorado on this guided tour with
the City of Fort Collins Historic Preservation Services team. We’ll walk
through Tres Colonias, the three neighborhoods on Vine Drive built for the
workers of the Great Western Sugar Factory. We’ll talk about the opportunities
that drew Hispanic Americans here, the challenges they faced, and the reasons
preserving the places where their stories took place is important to us today.
Tour will include a stop at the Museo de las Tres Colonias, the historic home
of the Romero family.
Space
